Ripe bananas lend natural sweetness and creaminess, while a splash of rum adds depth and a hint of warmth. The combination is simple & smooth, and offers a mellow tropical twist that's easy to love.
Process on Light Ice Cream, hold it shortly under running water after that.Then a scrape-down and a respin.

Prep
- 30g Gum Arabic (Acacia, E414) [SaporePuro]↗ • optional; 85% fiber
- 45ml Water (hot, 50–60°C) • for hydrating the gum
- 300g Bananas (peeled) • 2-3 mid-size or 3-4 small ripe pieces, eat or freeze any surplus 😋
- 50g Cream Cheese 23% [Exquisa]↗ • click the link for UK / US equivalents
- 50g Jamaica Rum 43 vol%↗
- 10ml Lemon juice

Fill to MAX
- 50ml Cream 32% [REWE Beste Wahl] • skip for improved macros [156kcal, 16g fat]
- ≈10 drops Flavor drops Vanilla (sucralose) [IronMaxx] • to taste
DIRECTIONS¶
- A few hours or a night before you make your Creami, hydrate the acacia gum with warm water, and let it rest.
- Blend the bananas, cream cheese and the other ‘prep’ ingredients (including the hydrated gum) in an empty tub to a smooth puree.
- Add "wet" ingredients to the banana puree, and blend to combine.
- Add remaining ingredients (to the MAX line) and stir with a spoon.
- Put on the lid, freeze for 24h, then spin as usual. Flatten any humps before that.
- Process with RE-SPIN mode when not creamy enough after the first spin.
