Drunken Peach Cheesecake (Deluxe)¶

Process on Sorbet, hold it shortly under running water
after that.
Then a scrape-down and a respin or mix-in.

- 30g SweEX (Erythritol + Xylitol 3:2)↗ • alternative: 40g allulose or dextrose
- 1 pinch Turmeric • optional, for color

- ≈4 drops Flavor drops Peach / Maracuja (sucralose) [IronMaxx] • to taste

DIRECTIONS¶
- Put ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ ingredients into an empty Creami tub (on a scale), and blend until smooth.
- Adapt sweetness to taste using the flavor drops, stir thoroughly.
- For better results, let the base age in the fridge (covered, lid on), for a few hours or over night. This helps flavor development and gum hydration, especially with unheated bases.
- Freeze for 24h with lid on, then spin as usual. Flatten any humps before that.
- Process with RE-SPIN mode when not creamy enough after the first spin.
