Piña Colada Cocktail (Deluxe)¶

A Piña Colada is a sweet, creamy, tropical cocktail made with rum, coconut cream (or coconut milk), and pineapple juice, often blended with ice to create a slushy texture, though it can also be shaken.
Originating in Puerto Rico, its name means "strained pineapple" in Spanish, and it's known for its 'summer vacation' flavor, typically garnished with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
Cream of Coconut is similar to sweetened condensed milk.

- 70ml Cream 32% [REWE Beste Wahl]
- 20g White Rum 43 vol%↗
- 140ml Cream of Coconut 15% [Coco López] • 48% coconut milk
- 270ml Pineapple juice [REWE]

- 130g White Rum 43 vol%↗
DIRECTIONS¶
- Pour ‘freezable’ ingredients into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Tub up to the DRINKABLE FREEZE FILL line.
- Stir mixture until combined. Freeze for 24 hours, lid on.
- Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub.
- Add pour-in ingredients to the DRINKABLE POUR-IN line.
- Press FULL, then use the dial to select FROZEN DRINK and press dial to begin processing.
- Once processing is complete, transfer piña colada to a glass and serve immediately.
- NOTE: If you prefer a thinner frozen drink after processing, simply add 2–4 additional tablespoons of your desired pour-in (rum or juice), then select RE-SPIN.

- 40g Coconut Milk Powder 54% [Green Essence]↗
- 0.40g Glycerol Monostearate (E471) [Bulk]↗ • alternative: lecithin
- 45g SweEX (Erythritol + Xylitol 3:2)↗ • alternative: 60g allulose or dextrose
- 12 pcs Sweetener Tablets [LightSüß] • 1 tablet ≃ 4g sugar
- 20g Inulin [Vit4ever]↗ • Sweetness = 8%; GI ~= 0

DIRECTIONS¶
- For the reconstituted coconut cream, mix the ‘prep’ ingredients (except the water) in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the hot water and whisk until clump-free.
- Pour ‘freezable’ ingredients and the prepared coconut cream into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Tub up to the DRINKABLE FREEZE FILL line.
- With an immersion blender, mix until combined. Freeze for 24 hours, lid on.
- Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub.
- Add pour-in ingredients to the DRINKABLE POUR-IN line.
- Press FULL, then use the dial to select FROZEN DRINK and press dial to begin processing.
- Once processing is complete, transfer piña colada to a glass and serve immediately.
